Corporate Demolition has worked with insurance companies and builders rectifying water damaged units terraces and bathrooms. We have specific tight access equipment to access any area to excavate garden beds to apply new membrane suffices, hammering tiles and screeds off terraces and balconies and grinding slab back to bare concrete for the new application of membranes. There is an art to this type of work and over time and through completion of many project corporate demolition has this area of works perfected.
